I have not received an email but the sender assures me it was sent

The GENZone/GENZone/Maxim systems employe numerous protection systems to ensure Spam and Virus content is not delivered to our customers. In rare cases this can cause legitimate email to be blocked, but only for valid reasons.
We, as you would expect are unable to tell why an email wasn't delivered, but our system informs the sender of the reason in a NDR (non-delivery Report). The sender will need to take the case up with their email provider to ensure delivery.
Please DO NOT raise support tickets for email that has not been received unless you can provide the NDR that was returned to the sender, in which case we can only explain why the email was rejected and suggest how to resolve this.
