GEN Provides free tools for both Mac and Windows that will help diagnose connection issues. These tools, which can be downloaded below, are small applications that perform connectivity checks to a selected cluster. These can be really useful in isolating issues to upstream (network and ISP) or downstream (the server/pc/laptop).
