Although our AntiSpam filtering is very accurate, and the detection threshold is quite low, it is still possible for legitimate email to be rejected from time to time. If you believe email is not being received and yet the sender is sure they sent it then it may be filtered via the spam filter.

To resolve this, simply add the sender to your whitelist with the following steps:

1. Log in to your account on

2. You will see "Whitelist" on the left hand side as a folder in your Inbox. Select that.

3. Now add a contact record for the sender which is not being received.

This will now add that sender into a whitelist for your domain (i.e. Only one receipient in a domain needs to have a contact whitelisted for all receipents in the domain).
