In order to transfer the registrant of a domain name it is required that you fully complete form DTA-03 attached and :

• Both parties agree to the transfer and the new Registrant agrees to be bound by the terms of DR1.
• Any applicable Transfer fee is paid.
• Your account is in order with GEN and its companies.

Once the from has been completed (attached) and returned there will be enquiries made with both parties to ensure compliance prior to the actual transfer taking place.
