IMPORTANT: After a recent upgrade of the helpdesk system there are a few issues that remain:
- The system is showing the user who created the team or group rather than the team/group name. This can be confusing. Temporarily we've switched this to be the agents First Name which seems to work, but will switch back to team name when the issue is resolved.
- The system time is wrong for those not in GMT regardless of what you set your account to.
- Notification of tasks is not working so agents will be copy/pasting into the tickets until this is resolved.
- The Avatar system is broken and doesn't show avatars.
